If you really intend to dress like a Goth your asking for trouble from the folks at PETA. Even long after they emigrated from Germany and Poland to Spain (Visigoths) and Italy (Ostragoths) during the 4th and 5th centuries AD the barabarians continued to adorn themselves with animal skins, long hair and beards slicked down with animal fat and as a fashion inovation in Southern Europe - trousers! Stick with the trousers and leave the other Goth gear at home.
